Mount Vernon Park Build

Habitat for Humanity & Bridge of Grace Compassionate Ministries are pleased to announce a new partnership in the Mount Vernon Park Neighborhood. Habitat is honored to come alongside Bridge of Grace to build homes, provide more affordable opportunities for home ownership, and help fulfill their vision of building thriving and sustainable neighborhoods in Fort Wayne’s southeast quadrant.

Partnership Summary
The first home build of this five year partnership between Habitat for Humanity & Bridge of Grace Ministries will kick-off September 2019. The build is located at 1220 E. Pettit Ave. in the Mount Vernon Park Neighborhood.
How to apply for this home

Currently, we do not have our home ownership application process open in Allen county. We are reopening the application process on Monday, October 7, 2019. Check back at our Home Ownership Page to fill out our pre-qualification form at that date or pick up a paper application at our corporate offices (2020 E. Washington Blvd. Ste 500) or Fort Wayne ReStore (4747 Lima Rd.).
