2026 Annual Report: Construction
Construction Update
This season, we committed to building 34 homes, including four in Huntington County! Since we kicked off our build season in April, we now have 22 homes in process, with more continuing through May 2027.
We’re beyond grateful for every donor, volunteer, lunch donor, and all of our community partners who make this work possible. Thank you for supporting affordable homeownership opportunities.

In partnership with the Renaissance Neighborhood Association and the City of Fort Wayne, Habitat staff and volunteers joined in on our first Great American Cleanup! Thank you to all of our volunteers, Habitat families, Big Apple Pizza for feeding us, and the City of Fort Wayne Government, GEN-D, and OmniSource Electronics Recycling for making today possible.

Special thanks to Home Lumber for donating their trucks and time to deliver all the materials needed to each location.
