Jennifer Vanderpool joined Habitat for Humanity of Greater Fort Wayne as Chief Operating Officer in August 2026. Bringing a unique blend of mission-driven leadership and operational expertise, Jennifer has dedicated her career to helping organizations grow, strengthening communities, and creating opportunities for others to thrive.
Before joining Habitat, Jennifer spent seven years as Vice President for a local design-build general contractor, where she led initiatives focused on people, process improvement, organizational performance, and strategic growth. Earlier in her career, she served in a variety of leadership roles with local nonprofit organizations dedicated to serving the community and creating lasting impact. Jennifer also previously worked on Habitat for Humanity of Greater Fort Wayne’s development team as an area manager, giving her a deep appreciation for the organization’s mission and the families it serves.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family. Whether she’s traveling, reading, hiking, lifting weights, taking daily walks, or enjoying a game of pickleball, Jennifer values making memories with family and friends and embracing new adventures.
