Halloween was a day with not just one, but two home dedications! Ranesha and Myka both helped us kick off the Build Season in April and it felt fitting that they both completed the program and celebrated each of their new homes together with their families. Congrats to these incredible, hard-working women!

Student Build Weekend
We had a fantastic weekend with Homestead students at our first-ever Student Build! Thank you Edie Laurie for your love of Habitat families and your dedication in organizing this event. Thank you Jack Laurie Group for underwriting the supplies and professionals volunteering alongside the students.
Future homeowner, Ciaira, stopped by to personally thank the students, and Partner Family, Equatia, was able to paint with the crew and knock out some extra sweat equity hours.

Our last Panel Build of the season was held at 3Rivers Federal Credit Union this month. 3Rivers celebrated their annual Give Back Day by building a Habitat home with us and volunteering with over 30 other local non-profits!
