Hailie Boes
Director of Development
Hailie Boes joined the Habitat GFW team in February 2020 as Development Manager, overseeing fundraising events and volunteer engagement before becoming the Director of Development in January 2023.
As the Director of Development, Hailie leads our Development team and works to create meaningful relationships with community partners while discovering the best ways to align their passions with Habitat’s mission of building stronger, more vibrant communities through affordable homeownership, as well as looking at strategic fundraising opportunities and how to continue to spread the mission of Habitat to a larger crowd.
Born and raised in Fort Wayne, Hailie is a proud graduate of Bishop Luers High School. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Purdue University Fort Wayne and went on to complete a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University. In addition to her work at Habitat, Hailie serves as a limited-time lecturer at Purdue Fort Wayne, where she shares her expertise and passion for leadership with the next generation of professionals.
Hailie and her husband are the proud parents of a spirited little girl. They currently reside in Spencerville, IN, and attend County Line Church. For Hailie, Habitat GFW is more than just a workplace—it’s a second family and a place where she can build relationships with individuals who are equally committed to making a lasting impact on the lives of others through affordable homeownership.
