Kandace Kolling joined the Habitat team in October 2024, bringing extensive experience in case management and support for families. Currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, she is dedicated to assisting Habitat families as they navigate the Homeownership Program.

Having purchased a Habitat home in May 2024 with her husband Ray, Kandace brings a unique perspective to her role. She understands first-hand the challenges Habitat families face in balancing work, school, and family responsibilities while participating in the program. As a mother of four, Kandace juggled kid schedules, work, and life while in the Habitat program and now uses that experience to support and walk alongside families as they achieve their dream of homeownership.
