Hailie Boes

Director of Development

Hailie Boes has been a part of the Habitat GFW team since February 2020. Hailie enjoys creating meaningful partnerships with Habitat’s corporate sponsors and discovering where their passions for the community best fit into Habitat’s mission. She oversees all fundraising events such as ReStore Your Passion, the Annual Golf Outing, Women Build, and corporate Panel Builds throughout the year while also leading the Development team.

Born and raised in Fort Wayne, Hailie graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Purdue University Fort Wayne and furthered her education by earning a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University. Habitat has not only become a second family to her but also a place where she can create relationships with those who share a passion for building up the community through affordable homeownership opportunities.
