Mike Snavley began his career with Habitat in February 2021 after dedicating 30 years to public school transportation. His impressive career includes roles as an ASE Certified Master School Bus Technician at FWCS, Assistant Transportation Director at Warsaw Schools, and Director of Transportation for Wawasee Schools in Syracuse.
Proudly embracing lifelong learning, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Huntington University in “middle age”.
Known as “Snavely” on the job site, Mike works alongside our Partner Families as they complete their sweat equity hours, community volunteers, and crew leads on the construction sites. When asked to pick one reason he loves working for Habitat, Mike shared that the phrase “Love God, Love People” would be as close as he can get to a short description of why he loves working for Habitat GFW.
