Staci Mathias

Grants Manager

Staci Mathias has been a key member of the Habitat team since 2016 and transitioned to the Grants Manager role in October 2018. She is responsible for writing, submitting, and reporting on grants from local, family, and federal foundations.

Staci initially joined Habitat for Humanity as an Office Manager for the Huntington County affiliate in April 2016. Following the merger of the Huntington and Fort Wayne affiliates, she transitioned into the role of Resource Development Coordinator and, in April 2018, became the Executive Assistant. Throughout her career with Habitat, Staci has been passionate about sharing the organization’s mission through storytelling, engaging donors, and illustrating the life-changing impact of Habitat’s work in the community.

Staci holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Indiana University East and currently resides in Markle, Indiana. Outside of work, Staci designs custom greeting cards which she gifts to friends and family or sells at local boutiques.
