Staci Mathias
Grants Manager
Staci Mathias has been an integral part of the Habitat for Humanity team since 2016, contributing to the organization’s mission through various roles before becoming the Grants Manager in October 2018. She first joined the Huntington County affiliate as an Office Manager and transitioned to the Greater Fort Wayne team following the merger of the Huntington and Fort Wayne affiliates.
In her current role, Staci is responsible for writing, submitting, and reporting on grants from local and family foundations as well as government entities. Her work is driven by a deep passion for Habitat’s mission, which she brings to life through compelling storytelling, donor engagement, and showcasing the transformative impact of Habitat’s work in the community.
Staci earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Indiana University East. A lifelong resident of Huntington County, she currently resides in Markle, Indiana, where she is an active community member, serving on local boards and participating in Rotary Club initiatives.
When she’s not working, Staci channels her creativity into designing custom greeting cards, which she gifts to loved ones or sells in local boutiques.
