2024 Annual Report: ReStore

  • I LOVE both donating and shopping at the FW Restore. I have an empty box in my garage and every time I am finished with something that could be sold there, I put it in the box and when it’s full I drive right up under the convenient canopy and someone comes out to get my donation, regardless of the weather. I also regularly shop at the store and have found some of the most useful and unusual things there.

The ReStore Difference

Group of students in blue shirts holding sign that reads "Habitat for Humanity of Greater Fort Wayne, every can counts."

Thanks to community support across Allen County we raised $15,944 from recycling cans! We also joined 56 Habitat affiliates across the U.S. to encourage recycling aluminum cans and fund Habitat homes and were named the 3rd Habitat recycler in the U.S.

Special thanks to St. Vincent de Paul Carpenter’s Society for building two new recycling sheds for us and to Concordia Lutheran School students for painting them our signature lime green.
