Jadee’s journey to homeownership is nothing short of inspiring. As a single mother of four, she dedicated herself to completing the Habitat Homeownership Program throughout 2024 and helped us kick off the 2024-25 build season in Huntington County.

For Jadee, a Habitat home means safety and security for her family. Through tears, she shared that being a single parent is tough, but not having a roof over her children’s heads is even harder. Thankfully, she’s had “a small village” of support from loved ones who provided shelter while she worked toward her goal of owning a home.
Born and raised in Huntington, Jadee has been employed at the same organization for 10 years. With a strong work ethic and deep love for her family, she simply needed the opportunity for affordable housing. Through Habitat GFW and the support of the Huntington community, she is now on the path to becoming a sustainable homeowner.
