Because of your support, we celebrated four new homeowners this past month! We’re incredibly proud of their hard work and so excited for these families to begin this new chapter of their lives.
For LaToya and Brittany, renting often meant dealing with uncertainty. But through financial education, 250 hours of sweat equity, and perseverance, they steadily turned the dream of a stable home for their family into a reality.

In 2017, three dedicated Habitat affiliates, Fort Wayne Habitat, Wells County Habitat, and Huntington County Habitat, came together to form what is now Habitat for Humanity of Greater Fort Wayne, uniting our legacies of service into one impactful organization.
This year, as we celebrate our 40th anniversary, we honor that shared history while looking ahead at the 34 local families across all three counties who will be transformed through affordable homeownership. By combining our resources, expertise, and passion, we are doing even more together than we ever could alone. Thank you for making this possible!
Our staff and families had fun filling the streets with bubbles and tossing candy at this year’s parade. Thanks to everyone who cheered us on and made the day so much fun. We’re already looking forward to next year!

We’ll be going head-to-head with our friends at Blue Jacket, Inc. and Embassy Theatre during this all-day online fundraiser, complete with fun, live challenges to raise money for each of our causes.

Bag your aluminum cans and drop them off at a local Habitat GFW can-recycling shed. Every can you recycle helps fund building materials for Habitat homes right here in Allen, Huntington, and Wells counties.
We brought the construction site to Sweetwater this month and rocked out in their parking lot! Thank you to everyone who helped build all of the interior and exterior walls of a home for a local Habitat family.
