We reached our fiscal year-end goal!
With more than a month left in the fiscal year, we reached our fundraising goal thanks to the tremendous support from our community. Thank YOU for your time, your dollars, and your advocacy for families and affordable housing opportunities in Greater Fort Wayne.
We cannot do this work alone and our team is encouraged and invigorated by the ongoing support we’re receiving. Every gift donated this next month will help us serve 26 families in this new build season. Thank you.

Congratulations, Amber!
We celebrated another home dedication in May for our Partner Family Amber. She was all smiles as she celebrated all her hard work and dedication to juggle the Habitat Homeownership Program as well as motherhood and a full-time job.

The pink hard hats have been dusted off and Women Build 2024 is officially here! Brotherhood Mutual’s first team kicked us off this past month on Bowser Ave. in Southeast Fort Wayne. We’re so grateful for all of our Women Build teams this year who are helping us raise money through November.

Homestead + Jack Laurie Group Panel Build
Our first panel build of the season was so much fun! Employees from Jack Laurie joined students and staff from Homestead High School to build all of the interior and exterior walls of a Habitat home.
Huntington County — Café of Hope Donations
Throughout June, all donations and tips at Café of Hope will be donated to Habitat GFW! Thank you Café of Hope for your support of Habitat families.

Our construction team is growing! We’re currently hiring for a Construction Site Manager — a servant leader who will be an ambassador for Habitat GFW on the job site.
Snider High School Recycles 7,000 Aluminum Cans!
Snider students outdid themselves this year by more than doubling their recycled cans for Habitat throughout the school year! They received a can shed in their parking lot just two years ago and we’re so grateful for their support of families and our environment.
